** Support the office in general. Implement administrative policies alone or with other team members, performing the following duties.
** What You Will Do – Primary Responsibilities
**** Human Resources
*** Monitor and gather feedback from new hires and team leads to assess training effectiveness and suggest improvements.
* Serve as a partner and guide within the internship program.
* Support the coordination and scheduling of training sessions, ensuring all logistics are managed efficiently.
* Gain hands-on experience in employee training and development.
* Collaborate with HR professionals and department managers to refine and improve team processes.
* Develop valuable skills in project management, communication and process improvement.
* Perform other similar and related duties as assigned.
