This position is currently available to those in a 35-mile radius of our office in Boca Raton, FL.
The Healthcare Recruiter builds strong relationships with providers and clients, ensuring successful matches through effective communication and negotiation. This role requires exceptional customer service, professionalism, and alignment with All Star Healthcare Solutions' core values of loyalty, trust, and long-term success.

- Match healthcare professionals to client needs based on skills and credentials
- Screen, place, and negotiate provider assignments, including rates and contracts
- Build long-term client and provider relationships to drive repeat business
- Generate a strong pipeline through high-volume (100+ calls per day)
- Close deals confidently, including C-level engagements
- Meet performance goals while maintaining professionalism and reliability
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a consultative approach
- Ability to build rapport with candidates and clients
- Effective negotiation and time-management skills
- Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to multitask across calls, email, and CRM systems
- Collaborative team player who can also work independently
- Organized, adaptable, and creatively solution-oriented
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Sales experience with high-volume cold calling preferred
- Completion of new hire training is required
