Are you a driven, people-focused professional who thrives on connecting top talent with the right opportunities? Our growing staffing firm is seeking a Recruiter to join our team.

What You’ll Do:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for client positions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, resume reviews, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Develop creative strategies to attract passive and active talent.
• Collaborate with the team to meet client hiring goals and company growth targets.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3+ years of recruiting or staffing experience (agency experience a plus).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Driven, goal-oriented, and self-motivated with a passion for matching people with opportunities.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and job boards preferred.
