ResponsibilitiesThe Front Office Supervisor oversees the front office staff, cash control for agents, staffing and guest service. Duties include training, staff development, scheduling and payroll. The Front Office Supervisor should possess strong leadership, communication and relationship skills and support senior leadership by developing and assuming basic management responsibilities. The Front Office Supervisor leads the agents responsible for guest registration and communication of hotel services and promotions.
This role is highly visible and directly impacts the guest experience.
