DescriptionInterviews patients to gather complete and accurate information in accordance with guidelines from the State of Florida, the Florida Department of Health, and the Office of Vital Statistics, ensuring Certificates of Live Birth are completed within five days at any location. Collects Healthy Start Program information and completes all required HRS documentation. Collaborates with the team to meet department goals, enhance patient satisfaction, and uphold service standards.
QualificationsDegrees:
- High School,Cert,GED,Trn,Exper.

- Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both internal and external customers.
- Skilled at working under pressure and meeting deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Able to work independently, follow instructions, and complete assignments within established guidelines and standard practices.
- Experienced in fast-paced, customer-focused environments.
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proficient in modern office practices, procedures, and equipment, with intermediate knowledge of Word and Excel, as well as strong database and computer literacy.
- Requires typing speed of 25 wpm and the ability to pass a filing test.
- Bilingual preferred.
- RHIT or RHIA certification preferred.
