Overview
We are seeking a Licensed Enrollment Processor to join a growing Enrollment Operations Team. This role is primarily focused on verifying, auditing, and submitting health insurance enrollment applications through the ACA Marketplace. While not a full sales position, a small percentage of the responsibilities (less than 20%) will include CMS-compliant 3-way calling and light customer interaction. This position requires on-site work in Boca Raton, FL.
Basepay range
$22.00/hr - $25.00/hr
Work Schedule- Tuesday to Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Friday and Saturday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Work in a CRM (including Salesforce) to review and process qualified lead forms submitted by field representatives.
- Accurately enter enrollment information into Health Sherpa and ensure compliance with ACA guidelines.
- Verify applicant data and documentation such as pay stubs or tax returns.
- Perform outreach via phone/email to gather any missing or incorrect information from applicants.
- Support reenrollment and retention by ensuring all eligibility documents are in place.
- Utilize a drip strategy for ongoing communication when needed, though this is not a primary function.
- Conduct 3-way CMS-compliant calls, making up to 25% of the average day.
Skills & Qualifications
- Active Florida Health Insurance License (must be obtained prior to start date).
- FFM Certification (or ability to obtain before start — certification process takes a few hours and is free).
- Minimum 3 years of professional business experience, preferably in health insurance, compliance, or enrollment roles.
- Strong phone communication skills, with an articulate and empathetic tone.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- CRM experience (preferably Salesforce).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Comfortable working full-time on-site in Boca Raton, FL.
- Familiarity with Health Sherpa or similar ACA enrollment platforms.
- Multi-state health license (states such as SC, GA, LA, TN, MS, KS, TX, OK, OH, IL preferred).
- Prior experience in ACA re-enrollment, retention, or subsidy verification processes.
