Responsible and accountable for defining and articulating the philosophy of care, providing strategic leadership and direction, achieving operational efficiencies, implementing new clinical product lines, and coordinating the functional activities across the continuum of care with the mission, vision and values.

Certifications:

• Registered Nurse.

Additional Qualifications

• If BSN, Masters degree in nursing or healthcare/management related field required.
• Without BSN, Masters in Nursing required.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience and minimum of 5 years of leadership experience required.
• Certification in Leadership or within 2 years of signing promotion or hire.
