Signing bonus. Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) URGENT HIRE. Classification: salary Non-Exempt. Status – Full-time.

Reports To:

BCBA/BCaBA.

• Provide direct therapy in individual and group sessions.
• Complete weekly program writing and maintain client's program book.
• Work with BCBA’s and implement individualized goals and checklists.
• Implement individualized treatment plan as written and directed by consultant.
• Graph data as instructed.
• Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge with provided training.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and the ability to meet Fairclough Behavior Services LLC Company’s State:
  Georgia’s driving requirements.
• Dependable means of transportation.
• Actively communicates the Fairclough Behavior Services LLC’s outreach efforts to community.
• Adheres to the mission, vision and values of Fairclough Behavior Services LLC.

• RBT Certification.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of DTT, PECS, PRT, and other ABA strategies.

• Ability to stand and circulate for extended periods of time.
• Ability to see for purposes of reading laws and codes, rules and policies, and other printed matter and observing students.
• Ability to communicate so others will be able to clearly understand normal conversation.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
• Moderate to high stress levels.
• Work fluctuates between a school, and home environment.
• Regular contact with parents, community members and outside agency personnel.
• Hazards:
  Incumbent may be exposed to contact with individuals displaying physically aggressive, self-abusive, or socially undesirable behavior.
• Ability and willingness to travel between client locations for appointments as assigned in a punctual manner.

• Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
  This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday; hours will fluctuate based on workload and client schedule. Occasional weekend work will be mandatory based on client needs.
• Travel:
  Up to 100% travel moving between client residences in the Metro area.

Certification Work Authorization/Security Clearance: one required.
