Territory: We are now expanding our high-quality care throughout Palm Beach County, hiring skilled PTs to join our team. This position covers our South Palm Beach Zone
, including Boca Raton, Delray Beach, and Boynton Beach.

• Clinician-to-Clinician Support:
  Work for an owner who understands your documentation, your caseload, and your clinical goals.
• Flexible PRN:
  Build your own schedule and manage your work-life balance.
• Reliable Bi-Weekly Pay:
  Direct deposit every two weeks.
• Efficient Documentation:
  We utilize Kinnser (Well Sky) for streamlined charting.

• Provide high-quality, one-on-one physical therapy to geriatric patients in their homes.
• Complete Evaluations, Re-Assessments, and OASIS documentation (Start of Care, Resumption of Care, and Discharge).
• Implement effective plans of care (POC) to improve patient mobility and safety.
• Coordinate directly with our clinical director and possibly the patient s physician.

• Rates start at $65 and up depending on experience and the visit type.

• Active Florida Physical Therapist (PT) License.
• Current CPR/BLS Certification.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Home Health experience preferred (Kinnser/Well Sky and OASIS experience is a plus).
