Closed Thursday and Sundays

We’re looking for a Treatment Plan Coordinator who’s not just organized — but driven, confident, and passionate about guiding patients toward the care they need.

• Present treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients in person and over the phone.
• Follow up consistently to help patients schedule and commit to care.
• Build trust while overcoming objections with empathy and professionalism.
• Track and meet monthly case acceptance and production goals.
• Collaborate with clinical and front office teams to ensure smooth patient experiences.
• Help train other staff on Treatment Plan Presentation skills.

• Are goal-oriented and love helping people make informed decisions.
• Have excellent phone and presentation skills.
• Are persistent, persuasive, and not afraid of follow-up calls.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Have experience in dental of at least 6 months.
• Are bilingual (English/Spanish) – a big plus!
• Some management experience - preferred.
