The Visiting Nurse Association of Florida (VNA) is a 50 year old home health agency that is looking to hire a VIP Personal Assistant who is a HHA, CNA or LPN.

We are seeking an exceptional caregiver to serve as an Personal Assistant for an affluent private VIP client. This role requires high-level personal care combined with concierge style service and absolute professionalism.

This is a unique opportunity for a polished caregiver who understands discretion, luxury service standards and high-touch elder care.

The ideal candidate is calm, discreet, well spoken, service oriented and confident in high-profile environments. You take pride in delivering exceptional care and understand the expectation of luxury, privacy and excellence.

Compensation and Qualifications
  • $30 per hour
  • Fluent or conversational French preferred but not required
  • Proven experience with elderly or high-net worth clients
  • Concierge, hospitality, luxury service or private household experience
  • Must be available to travel and be comfortable with private jet travel
  • All domestic and international travel expenses fully covered
  • Must have valid Passport
  • Overnight stays required
  • Excellent etiquette, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physically able to manage extended shifts and travel demands
  • Professional demeanor with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to provide letter of professional references.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high level personal and companion care to an elderly VIP client
  • Deliver white-glove, concierge-level service at all times
  • Assist with activities of daily living while maintaining dignity and privacy
  • Travel domestically and internationally with the client
  • Maintain impeccable personal hygiene, grooming and professional appearance.
  • Anticipate client needs and provide seamless, proactive support
  • Uphold strict confidentiality and discretion
Schedule Requirements
  • 12 Hour shifts
  • Weekends required
  • Must be able to travel
  • Flexible availability is essential
