Compensation Notes:

$15-18 is the range based on experience and tenure

Shift
: M-F 8-5 or 9-6

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of injection sites.
• Expected to have basic computer skills.
• Proficient with STAR, HBOC, and Portal systems.
• Collect patient demographics, data, vital signs, height, weight, and basic information about patients' present and previous conditions.
• Arrange examining room instruments and equipment.
• Expected to apply simple dressings and remove sutures or staples from superficial lacerations.
• Administer medications orally, topically, vaginally or rectally.
• Must be able to position, drape, and shave patients.
• Collect specimens using non-invasive techniques and preserve specimens for testing.
• Perform venipuncture.
• Expected to perform pulse oximetry.

• Must have a high school diploma and have graduated from an accredited MA school.
• Must have taken the national test that their school was accredited for which is either the RMA or CMA and have proof of passing.
• Must have BLS Certification from American Heart Association.
• 80% or higher score on medication test.
