Caregivers Knee Replacement Assignments -Palm

Job Title: Caregiver – Post-Operative Knee Replacement Support

Location: Palm Beach County, FL (Various Assignments Available)

We are seeking compassionate and experienced Caregivers, CNA's, or HHA's to provide specialized care for clients recovering from knee replacement surgery
. This role is ideal for someone who is patient, attentive, and skilled in supporting clients during their rehabilitation process.

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (AD's), including dressing, bathing, and mobility support.

• Provide post-surgical assistance
  , including managing ice machines, leg elevation, and gentle range-of-motion guidance under client or family direction.

• Monitor client comfort and report any changes in condition or pain level to the office promptly.

• Support medication reminders and ensure a safe environment for ambulation.

• Encourage exercises as directed by physical therapists or family instructions.

• Offer companionship and emotional support throughout recovery.

• Maintain clear communication and accurate documentation through shift notes.

• Current HHA or CNA certification (Florida) preferred.

• Previous experience with post-operative or orthopedic clients strongly desired.

• Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must.

• Ability to lift, assist with mobility, and manage transfers safely.

• Professional, patient, and dependable demeanor.

• Flexible scheduling available (day, evening, and overnight shifts).

• Competitive hourly pay based on experience and assignment type.
