The Clinical Supervisor at Sura Med Health Center plays a crucial role in our healthcare delivery system, acting as a key liaison between patients, healthcare professionals, and administrative staff. This role involves managing clinical staff, coordinating patient care, developing and implementing healthcare programs, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and patient rights.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of the health center, ensuring a high standard of patient care and service delivery
  • Supervise clinical staff, including hiring, training, evaluating performance, and handling disciplinary issues
  • Facilitate communication among doctors, nurses, other clinical staff, patients, and the health center administration
  • Create and implement clinical training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the healthcare team
  • Develop, monitor, and update healthcare plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals and patients
  • Manage patient complaints and queries, ensuring satisfactory resolution and quality patient experience
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, contract requirements, and ethical standards
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, use data to drive decision‑making, and contribute to the overall strategic direction of the health center
Qualifications
  • A bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related healthcare field is required, while a master’s degree is preferred
  • Must have a minimum of five years of clinical experience, with at least two years in a supervisory or management role
  • Must possess a valid nursing license or healthcare practitioner certification
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, medical terminologies, and patient rights
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and empathy
