The Manager of Central Sterile is a leadership position in which the individual will have administrative and operational responsibility for hospital sterilization services. The individual will provide leadership and direction for all operational aspects of the departments including its functionality & readiness, compliance with organizational & regulatory agencies, employee hiring, development & evaluations, productivity, participation on hospital & organizational committees, and process improvement efforts.
CompensationEstimated salary range for this position is $78,611.15 - $ / year depending on experience.
Qualifications- Bachelors.
- HSPA Certified Endoscope Reprocessor.
- HSPA Certification in Healthcare Leadership.
- HSPA Certified Instrument Specialist.
- HSPA Certified Registered Central Service Technician.
- NBSTSA Certified Surgical Technologist.
- Cert Sterile Process and Dist.
- Sterile Processing Certification.
- HSPA Certified Central Service Vendor Partner.
- BA of Science required.
- Management experience with emphasis in sterilization.
- STERILE-Sterile Processing Certification.
- CBSPD - Sterile Process and Dist.
- Certification.
- Certification in sterilization technology from approved professional organization.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, planning and analytical skills.
