Job Title:
Radiology Technologist II
Schedule:
Per Diem – 7am to 7pm weekdays and weekends.
- Receive and review the physician's request for radiographic procedures and identify the patient prior to conducting scans.
- Perform diagnostic imaging – CT scan, X‑ray and/or MRI on a variety of body parts utilizing the appropriate equipment and established standards and procedures.
- Operate computer and radiographic equipment for image production and documentation.
- Ensure images are legibly labeled with correct date and patient identification.
- Monitor patient well‑being, recognize discomfort or medical problems, and take appropriate action.
- Run laboratory tests on moderate to complex machines under a CLIA license, and perform routine QC’s and other lab requirements.
- Utilize athlete Athena Health EMR to enter detailed patient information, ensuring all information is HIPAA compliant.
- Update patient information in our CRM Salesforce.
- Perform clerical duties as requested.
- Perform other job‑related duties as assigned.
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program (required).
- Current license to practice as a Radiologic Technologist (General Radiographer) in the state of Florida.
- Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Radiography and CT (required within 12 months of hire).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in both X‑ray and CT modalities.
- Strong knowledge of Siemens technology preferred.
- Outstanding customer service skills and high level of professionalism.
- Tech‑forward and process‑oriented, focused on making patient care more efficient.
- Comfortable interfacing with high‑profile clientele.
- Enjoy a diverse and fast‑paced work environment.
- Team player with self‑motivation and keen attention to detail.
- Excellent organization and time‑management skills.
