Tax Partner – Private Client Services NO-PE

We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Tax Partner to join a nationally recognized and rapidly growing public accounting and advisory firm. This leadership role sits within the Private Client Services group, serving high-net-worth individuals, privately held businesses, investment partnerships, and family offices.

The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking CPA with deep technical expertise in federal tax compliance and planning, a strong command of partnership and trust taxation, and a desire to lead, grow, and mentor a high-performing team.

• Lead client engagements involving individual tax planning, estate and gift strategies, partnership taxation, and trust/estate compliance
• Serve as a trusted advisor to HNW individuals and closely held businesses across a variety of industries
• Identify opportunities for expanded services and new client relationships
• Develop and mentor junior professionals to ensure technical excellence and long-term leadership growth
• Collaborate with internal leadership to shape the growth and vision of the Private Client Services practice

• CPA (or EA) required
• Minimum 9+ years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on high-net-worth individuals, trusts and estates, investment partnerships, and closely held businesses
• Demonstrated ability to lead client engagements and manage relationships
• Proven skills in practice development, team leadership, and client service excellence
• Master’s in Taxation or related field preferred
