Commercial Loan Processor​/Underwriter

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Commercial Loan Processor/Underwriter, based in Boca Raton, FL. The individual in this role will oversee the preparation, review, and processing of commercial loan applications, verify and analyze loan documents, and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Additionally, the role involves coordinating loan closings and maintaining accurate records of all loan servicing activities.

Timely communication and collaboration with team members and clients are also key responsibilities.

• Strong knowledge of Loan Processing, Loan Servicing, and experience handling Loan Documents
• Familiarity with SBA loan programs and a solid understanding of the overall loans process
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with loan origination software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience in a commercial lending or financial institution environment is highly desirable
