We are hiring for a full-time, on-site Relationship Banker position in Boca Raton, FL. The Relationship Banker will engage with clients to build strong personal and financial relationships, offering tailored financial solutions to meet their needs. Responsibilities include understanding financial goals, providing expert advice on banking products and services, processing transactions, identifying sales opportunities, and referring clients to specialized professionals for lending, investments, or other financial services.

The role involves delivering exceptional customer service and fostering trust through effective communication and problem-solving.

• Proven skills in Relationship Building and Customer Service
• Knowledge and experience in Financial Services and Finance
• Understanding of Loans and associated processes
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to identify and fulfill client financial needs effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is a plus
• Minimum of one year of experience in sales, customer service, or finance-related roles preferred
