Senior Billing Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Analyst, Dealer Billing with 3-5 years of relevant experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing and optimizing dealer billing processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

• Analyze and manage dealer billing data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing discrepancies and improve processes.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management.
• Identify areas for process improvements and implement solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices.

• 3-5 years of experience in dealer billing, finance, or related analytical roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field is strongly preferred
• 2+ years’ experience in Accounts Receivable and/or Accounts Payable
• Proven experience managing the performance and productivity of direct reports
• Knowledge of automated/electronic accounting systems such as Sage, Workday,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in relevant billing software and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
