Finance & Operations Analyst

Finance & Operations Analyst – Travelpro Products, Inc.

We are seeking a Finance & Operations Analyst to support both the Finance and Operations departments with timely and accurate reporting, analysis, and insights. This individual will prepare and maintain financial reports, perform variance and trend analyses, and support the budgeting and forecasting process.

• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Assist with freight and duty analysis.
• Support the weekly cash‑flow process.
• Maintain and improve reporting tools, KPIs, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Prepare ad hoc reports and analyses for management to support decision‑making.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience (internships, co‑ops, or prior analyst roles a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic modeling, large data sets).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Teams, PowerPoint).
• Experience with financial systems/ERP software preferred (e.g., JD Edwards, Oracle, Net Suite, or similar).
• SQL, Power BI, or Business Intelligence software knowledge a plus.
• Analytical skills:
  Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and present insights clearly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain information to multiple stakeholders.
• Highly detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Collaborative mindset with willingness to work across finance and operations.
• Equipment: PC, computer, or laptop.
