• Prepare and review first‑ and second‑level partnership tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with partnership and corporate tax regulations.
• Review K‑1 extraction data and footnotes and evaluate federal and state partnership tax returns.
• Analyze taxable income allocations and provide technical research and writing in a tax context.
• Work independently and collaboratively in a virtual team environment and maintain effective communication with colleagues.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of investment or operating partnership tax compliance experience.
• Proven record of excellence in a professional services or tax organization.
• Strong partnership tax technical and transactional skills.
• Preferred:
  Experience with hedge funds or private equity funds and public accounting at a top or mid‑tier firm.

• Hourly rate: $90–$120 per hour. Total rewards package includes medical, dental, 401(k), pension, and paid time off options.
• Hybrid model:
  Expect most client‑serving roles to work face‑to‑face 40–60% of the time over the course of a year.
