• Assist guests while they play games.
• Maintain cleanliness and operational status of game machines.
• Manage loading and resetting of game carts.
• Help with cash handling and vending machine restocking.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest questions.

• At least 15 years of age.
• Available to work various shifts.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Energetic and enthusiastic personality.

• Must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0–50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during scheduled shift.
• Must handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and co‑workers.
• Work environment includes flashing and flickering lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noises.
