Land Development Civil Engineer

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Boca Raton, FL, for a Land Development Civil Engineer. The Land Development Civil Engineer will be responsible for planning and overseeing land development projects, including site layouts, infrastructure designs, and stormwater management systems. Responsibilities include preparing reports and conceptual layouts, reviewing plans, managing consultants, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. Collaboration with city planners, architects, and contractors will be key to project success.

• Proficiency in Civil Engineering Design, including site planning and development projects
• Must have applicable experience in shopping center and commercial development within the Mid Atlantic and Southeast United States.
• Experience in Stormwater Management
• Knowledge of Civil Engineering principles and practices, including construction documentation and permitting
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent work experience
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or the ability to obtain one within a specified timeframe (preferred not required)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
