The Physician at Marquis MD is the cornerstone of our patient experience, delivering personalized, proactive, and relationship-driven care within a modern concierge model. This role combines clinical excellence with deep human connection, allowing each physician to practice medicine the way it was meant to be practiced: with time, attention, and trust.

Marquis MD physicians meet patients where they live, physically, emotionally, and in their stage of life, ensuring care that is both accessible and deeply personal. They partner with a multidisciplinary team to deliver whole-person wellness, prevention, and management while maintaining the highest standard of discretion and service for our Gold, Platinum, and Black memberships.

In addition to providing exceptional clinical care, the Physician actively supports practice growth by engaging prospective patients, articulating the benefits of membership, and building lasting relationships that reflect the value of the Marquis MD experience.

• Serve as the lead physician for Marquis MD’s inaugural Boca Raton clinic
• Deliver comprehensive primary care in a concierge, membership-based model
• Maintain a smaller patient panel to allow for longer visits and enhanced access
• Provide preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute care services
• Collaborate in developing clinical workflows, patient experience standards, and best practices
• Build long-term relationships with a discerning patient population
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and clinical excellence
• Participate in the strategic growth and evolution of the practice

• MD or DO with board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Minimum of 3–5 years of clinical experience preferred
• Active Florida medical license (or ability to obtain)
• Prior concierge, executive health, or private practice experience strongly preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-centric mindset
• Leadership-oriented, self-directed, and comfortable in a startup environment
• Interest in shaping and growing a premium medical brand
