Average patient volume: 15-20 patients per day Compensation & Benefits:
Productivity-based (Fee-for-Service) compensation model
Estimated annual compensation range: $235,000 - $278,000
No cap on productivity bonus income
Full-time, benefit-eligible role Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, safe, and cost-effective patient care in post-acute care communities
Inpatient rounding in skilled nursing facilities, inpatient rehabilitation facilities, and long-term care hospitals
Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams and follow CMS guidelines
Work closely with hospice, palliative care, and home care agencies to ensure safe patient transitions
Ensure timely documentation and billing through Gehrimed EMR, meeting Medicare guidelines
Qualifications:
Board certified in Family Medicine (FM), Internal Medicine (IM), or Emergency Medicine (EM)
Licensed in the state of Florida Willing to train experienced candidates
