Dermatopathologist

Integrated Dermatology Group, which is one of the nation’s largest providers of dermatology services, has an opportunity for a Dermatopathologist for our lab, US Path Labs, located in Boca Raton, FL. We are seeking a Dermatology trained BE/BC Dermatopathologist.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience, although current dermatopathology fellows are encouraged to apply.

This is a full-time position, 4+ days per week with 100+ reads per day.

• Provide accurate and timely diagnosis of the presence and stage of disease from a tissue specimen, utilizing appropriate laboratory procedures. Confers with other physicians as needed.
• Takes the initiative to improve quality in the work place.
• Provides advice to referring physicians regarding the clinical significance of laboratory findings.
• Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information concerning patients, physicians, employees, clients, vendors, and the Company.
• Complies with all State, Federal, professional regulations as well as department rules, polices, and procedural manuals.

• 2 years of post-residency experience (Desired)
• M.D. Degree (Required)
• Board Certified in Dermatopathology (Required)
• Current valid unrestricted Medical License to practice in the State of Florida (Preferred)
