Affiniti Architects is an award-winning architecture firm specializing in high‑end residential and multi‑family projects throughout South Florida. seeking a driven, detail-oriented Project Architect with 5+ years of professional experience.

This role is ideal for an architect who is ready to take ownership of projects — from early design development through construction administration — and thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑expectation environment.

• Lead projects from concept through construction documentation and observation
• Coordinate consultants and internal team members
• Meet directly with clients and guide project decisions
• Conduct site visits and construction observation
• Manage schedules and maintain design intent through execution

• 5+ years of professional experience
• Licensed architect or actively pursuing licensure
• Solid working knowledge of Sketch Up / 3D modeling (highly preferred)
• Experience in luxury residential or high‑end custom work preferred
• Strong communication and project management skills
