Location: Boca Raton, FL
Schedule: Full-time | Saturdays half day - required

We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Front Office Manager to support the smooth operation of our dental practice. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values patient care, and brings strong organizational and communication skills to the team.

• Assist the Practice Manager and Doctor in overseeing daily front office operations.
• Support scheduling, recalls, and appointment confirmations.
• Monitor patient flow and ensure timely check-in/check-out procedures.
• Handle insurance verifications, billing, and patient financial arrangements.
• Train and support front desk staff as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and ensure proper documentation.
• Resolve patient concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Generate reports on productivity, collections, and scheduling efficiency.
• Step into leadership duties when the Practice Manager or Doctor are unavailable.

• Minimum 2 years of dental office experience (front desk or management).
• Proficiency in dental software (e.g., Dentrix).
• Strong understanding of insurance plans and billing procedures.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA standards.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
