Travel Consultant - North America

A company is looking for a Travel Consultant/Account Executive - Domestic (North America).

Key Responsibilities Convert inbound inquiries into bookings and follow up with leads to close sales Qualify leads and design customized itineraries based on customer preferences and budgets Maintain expert knowledge of rail offerings and collaborate with internal teams for accurate bookings

Required Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume customer service contact center, preferably in travel or hospitality Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends High school diploma or equivalent required;
Bachelor's degree or relevant certifications are a plus
