Medicare Outreach Specialist

A company is looking for a Medicare Sales - Outreach Liaison.

Key Responsibilities Conduct daily outbound calls to educate Medicare beneficiaries about available benefits and schedule appointments with licensed agents Maintain high productivity and enthusiasm while engaging with beneficiaries to understand their needs Attend team meetings and track daily tasks related to follow-ups and appointment scheduling

Required Qualifications Minimum two years of experience in Medicare telesales, telemarketing, or customer service in a call center Proven ability to meet quotas in a telesales or call center environment Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a consistent work ethic High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred Bilingual in Spanish, Khmer, Creole, Mandarin, Arabic, or other languages preferred
