The Hobby House is a fast-growing sports cards and collectibles company known for high-volume online sales and live streaming shows. We focus on delivering a premium customer experience and building long-term relationships within the hobby.

We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to support customers across our online platforms. This role plays a key part in order accuracy, customer satisfaction, and overall brand experience.

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media
• Assist with orders, shipping questions, refunds, and account support
• Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently
• Communannels with internal teams (shipping, sales, livestream)
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Support VIP customers and loyalty program communication
• Uphold The Hobby House’s customer-first standards

• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Sports cards, collectibles, or e-commerce experience is a plus (not required)
