Inside Sales Representative

Pay: $20/hr + commission

We are hiring Inside Sales Representatives for a high-end, consultative call center environment. This role requires a polished, empathetic phone presence and experience handling high call volume while delivering a white-glove client experience.

• Handle inbound calls and outbound follow-ups
• Convert qualified leads into in-person consultations
• Schedule, reschedule, and re-engage appointments
• Deliver a compassionate, professional customer experience
• Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
• Partner with internal specialists to support the client journey

• 3+ years call center experience (required)
• Appointment setting or consultative sales experience
• Strong communication and follow-through
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus

Training (first 2 weeks):

Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

After training:

Tuesday–Saturday, 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM

One rotating weekday off
