Full‑time, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Hourly pay $16.50–$22.30, depending on experience and education.

• Minimum 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• One year of professional experience teaching in child care, daycare, or preschool settings preferred.
• CDA, Associate’s, or bachelor’s degree in early education or related field preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice (DAP) for children required.

• DCF 45 hours/exams completed (contingent upon state residency or experience).
• CDA.

• Create hands‑on activities that meet the needs and interests of the children.
• Maintain open communication with parents, sharing each child’s daily milestones.
• Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following essential procedures and guidelines.

All applicants must comply with applicable federal, state, and local immunization, employment screening, and health and safety requirements. The position requires work in person in a child‑care setting, providing supervision, care, and curriculum delivery.

Hourly pay $16.50–$22.30 per hour. Actual compensation offers within this range depend on experience, education, and other factors.
