The Associate Manager of Organic Marketing optimizes MDVIP’s online presence across various platforms. Reporting to the Director of Product, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate business listings and ensuring a positive brand image through effective reputation management strategies. This role requires strong organizational skills, technical proficiency, and a deep understanding of digital marketing.

You will work cross-functionally with marketing staff, internal departments, and affiliated physicians and agencies to manage business listings and reputation programs to fuel leads and sales. Listings and reputation management are two of the most important functions we perform for physicians, and we need a proactive and ambitious team member to take our program to the next level.

• Develop and execute strategies to manage each physician's online business listings, including directories, search engines, social media platforms, and review sites.
• Proactively manage ratings, reviews and our reputation across physician listings and for the MDVIP brand, working closely with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Manage external agencies and vendors, leveraging their expertise and tools to maximize growth.
• Build reporting for, and own communications on, listings and reputation strategy and performance.

• Strong analytical skills - synthesizes complex or diverse information; uses intuition and experience to complement data.
• Clear communication – strong written and verbal communication. Ability to synthesize complicated systems and topics to bring along internal and external stakeholders.
• Initiative - identifies and creates solutions to meet needs of the role.
• Problem solving – thinks strategically, drawing information from diverse and varied sources to identify issues, risks, and trends to determine optimal solutions.
• Drive and follow-through - exhibits a strong sense of ownership and accountability, diligently tracking progress, proactively addressing challenges, and relentlessly pursuing results to completion.

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Three (3) years of experience in marketing, business, or communications roles.
• Proficient in Excel for organizing and analyzing marketing data.

• Experience managing business ratings and reviews on Google, Yelp, Trustpilot, etc.
• Experience managing external agencies and vendors.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Supermetrics, Power
  
  BI, or other analysis tools.
