This is a full-time role for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored solutions. Responsibilities include regular communication with clients, onboarding new members, managing accounts, resolving issues, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction. This role will also involve identifying opportunities to optimize offerings and improve client experiences.

• Strong interpersonal, customer service, and relationship management skills
• Proficiency in client communication, account management, and conflict resolution
• Ability to analyze client needs and develop customized solutions
• Experience with CRM tools and customer management processes
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or related fields
• Familiarity with benefits programs, such as health, dental, and vision, is advantageous
