A capture manager works in sales development on behalf of a company. Duties include proposing a lead or customer to consider and overseeing the sales team as they complete negotiations. Qualifications often include a bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field and sales experience.
The right individual must have demonstrable knowledge of results-driven leadership and strong organizational skills. They must also gain a solid working knowledge of what your company has to offer. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for this job.
Experience:
Minimum Experience Requirement:
At least two (2) years of experience in a business position.
Government sales (Preferred)
Commercial Facilities Management Sales
Strong negotiation skills
Working with government
Essential duties and responsibilities:

Minimum Education al Requirement: AS or AA degree. ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION:
An additional four (4) years of experience can be substituted for an AS or AA degree.
