We are a small, family-owned tag and title agency providing high-touch service to clients who value accuracy, speed, and professionalism. We are not the DMV , but we process paperwork directly with the DMV and Tax Collector on behalf of our clients.

We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented person to join our team and grow into a role handling vehicle registration and title processing.

This is a great fit for someone with prior DMV, Tax Collector, or dealership title department experience — or anyone ready to learn Florida vehicle title work from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with reviewing and organizing vehicle title and registration paperwork
• Help process client applications and scan/upload documents
• Greet clients, answer phones, and respond to emails
• Prepare packets for DMV drop-off
• Support the lead processor with day-to-day administrative tasks

Preferred Experience:

• Prior work at a Florida DMV, tax collector office, or dealership title department
• Experience with tag & title paperwork or customer service is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, paper-heavy environment

Details:

• Monday–Friday daytime hours only (no weekends)
• In-person position located in Boca Raton, Florida
