JOB SUMMARY
A Data Entry Associate is responsible for successful on time completion of scheduling service jobs, warranty appointments and coordination with Service Techs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Interpreting work orders, pull sheets, and pick tickets
- Working with subcontractors, vendors, and other employees to complete assigned tasks
- Using computers and computer programs such as Excel, other Microsoft Works and in‑house applications
- Verify data and correct data where necessary.
- Checks source for documents for entry.
- Prepare, sort and compile documents for data entry.
- Obtain further information for incomplete documents.
- Update data and delete unnecessary files.
- Combine and rearrange data from source documents where required.
- Managing stress and problem‑solving
- Personal organization
- Interpersonal communications, written and verbal.
- Flexibility, working with a variety of people.
- Computers and computer programs such as Excel, other Microsoft Works and in‑house applications
- Ability to interpret work orders, pull sheets, pick tickets.
- Ability to work with subcontractors, vendors, and other employees.
- Ability to write simple correspondence through letters or email.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute percent.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
- Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must excel at working in a team environment.
- Work with installers, operations manager, suppliers, warehouse manager, general manager, project managers, customers including field superintendents, all company staff as required.
