JOB SUMMARY

A Data Entry Associate is responsible for successful on time completion of scheduling service jobs, warranty appointments and coordination with Service Techs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Interpreting work orders, pull sheets, and pick tickets
  • Working with subcontractors, vendors, and other employees to complete assigned tasks
  • Using computers and computer programs such as Excel, other Microsoft Works and in‑house applications
  • Verify data and correct data where necessary.
  • Checks source for documents for entry.
  • Prepare, sort and compile documents for data entry.
  • Obtain further information for incomplete documents.
  • Update data and delete unnecessary files.
  • Combine and rearrange data from source documents where required.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
  • Managing stress and problem‑solving

  • Interpersonal communications, written and verbal.
  • Flexibility, working with a variety of people.
  • Computers and computer programs such as Excel, other Microsoft Works and in‑house applications
  • Ability to interpret work orders, pull sheets, pick tickets.
  • Ability to work with subcontractors, vendors, and other employees.
  • Ability to write simple correspondence through letters or email.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute percent.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
  • Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must excel at working in a team environment.
  • Work with installers, operations manager, suppliers, warehouse manager, general manager, project managers, customers including field superintendents, all company staff as required.
