About Us
Boca Raton commercial real estate firm seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Real Estate Department. This role is essential to ensuring smooth daily operations and providing reliable administrative support to our internal team.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Location: Boca Raton, FL
Position OverviewThe Administrative Assistant will be responsible for scheduling, filing, document preparation, and general administrative functions. The ideal candidate is proactive, accurate, focused, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules for the real estate team
- Perform filing, record‑keeping, and document organization (digital and physical)
- Assist with drafting letters, forms, agreements, and other real estate‑related documents
- Maintain accurate data entry and information tracking
- Prepare, edit, and proofread documents for accuracy
Coordinate internal and external communications as needed - Support general office tasks to ensure workflow efficiency
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- 3+ year of administrative or office support experience (real estate experience a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Professional, reliable, and team‑oriented demeanor
- $25-$27 per hour
, depending on experience - Comprehensive benefits package
