Nationwide Expos, a national producer of home improvement and consumer trade shows across the United States, is seeking a highly polished, proactive Executive Assistant to the CEO.
This is a high-impact role supporting a fast-moving executive within a growth-focused, event-driven organization. The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, technologically savvy, adaptable, and comfortable operating in both professional corporate settings and executive social environments.
This position requires discretion, flexibility, frequent travel, and the ability to anticipate needs in a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities- Manage the CEO’s complex calendar, scheduling priorities, and communications
- Coordinate frequent domestic travel across multiple markets and events
- Provide on-site support at trade shows, corporate functions, executive meetings, and industry engagements
- Attend and assist with corporate events, networking functions, business dinners, and executive gatherings as needed
- Prepare executive reports, presentations, briefings, and correspondence
- Act as a trusted liaison between the CEO, leadership team, partners, vendors, and stakeholders
- Handle confidential business and personal matters with professionalism and discretion
- Support operational initiatives, special projects, and company growth efforts
- Provide responsive, on-call support when business needs arise

Qualifications- Minimum 2+ years experience in an Executive Assistant or comparable high-level support role
- Experience supporting senior leadership or C-suite executives strongly preferred
- Willingness to travel frequently with flexible availability, including evenings or weekends when needed
- Valid passport and government-issued
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Technologically proficient (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, CRM systems, scheduling tools, communication platforms)
- Business, marketing, operations, or event industry experience is a strong plus

Compensation & Benefits- Salary range: $60,000 – $75,000 annually (based on experience)
