Job Objective
As an Administrative Associate for Watches of Switzerland Group, you will play a key role in ensuring that all areas of administration within the showroom are kept in line with company procedures. You will be a dedicated and committed team player offering consistent support to the showroom and clients, with a passion for delivering excellent client service and ensuring that everyone has an amazing experience in our Showrooms.
Responsibilities- Ensure all areas of administration within the showroom are kept in line with company procedures.
- Use excellent interpersonal skills and passion for the business to engage with clients and colleagues.
- Be well presented at all times with a positive “can do” attitude; deliver excellent client service to everyone you meet and play a key role in the showroom’s success.
- Ensure all administrative tasks and related documentation adhere to Company Audit and Security procedures, including stock control, end‑of‑day paperwork and banking.
- Respond to enquiries and orders efficiently.
- Manage all internal stock and repair systems in line with audit procedures.
- Maintain quality housekeeping and efficient set up in all admin‑associated areas of the showroom.
- Answer and direct telephone enquiries.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Complete relevant training via e-learning.
- Adhere to company dress code.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Experience: Watch product knowledge;
Visual merchandising skills. - Skills: Excellent planning and organisational skills; IT literate;
Flexible and adaptable to change;
Motivated, proactive and dedicated;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
