Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact—answer phones with warmth, clarity, and professionalism
  • Greet clients in person and ensure they feel welcomed and supported
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for attorneys and staff
  • Keep the front desk and office supplies organized and well‑stocked
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
  • Prepare and proofread legal documents and correspondence
  • Maintain and organize physical and digital case files for easy access and accuracy
  • Communicate with clients to collect information and relay updates
  • Assist with ad hoc office projects to support team goals
  • Bonus:
    Assist with social media content, postings, and engagement if interested or experienced

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and task follow‑through
  • Friendly, professional, and confident phone presence
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining confidentiality
  • Tech‑savvy (Microsoft Office required; Zoho One is a plus)
  • Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
  • Prior experience in a legal or administrative setting is preferred
  • Team player with a proactive, “how can I help?” attitude
  • Social media familiarity is a plus—but not required
