. Position Summary
We are seeking a detailed-oriented Broker-Client Relations Paralegal to support our Director of Broker and Client Relations. This role is responsible for managing all phone and email client communications, while serving as the primacy contact between the Director and internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES&DUTIES
- Fieldallclientcommunicationsviaphoneandemail,keepingthemapprisedoftheir application and funding process.
- Reachouttolawfirmsfornecessarycasedocumentsandotherrelevantinformationto finalize funding requests.
- Delivertimelyandaccuratefundingupdatestoclaimantsinquiringaboutthestatusoftheir case.
- Workcloselywithbrokersandtheirstafftoquicklyandaccuratelyreviewnewleads.
- Centralpointofcollaborationwiththe Directorandinternalteams,includingbutnotlimitedto Underwriting, Operations, and Servicing.
- Create,submitandqualifyleadsbycollectingessentialinformationandassessingeligibility.
- Maintainandupdateclientrecordsinthe
CRMdatabase,ensuringaccuracyandefficiency. - Provideexceptionalcustomerservice,fosteringpositiveinteractionsandaddressinginquiries.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and special projects as needed, contributing to overall operational success.
- Paralegal certification preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in the personal injury field.
- A strong understanding of case management and client relations in a large law firm setting.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).

- Excellentverbalandwrittencommunicationskills,withtheabilitytoengageprofessionallyandempathetically with clients.
- Detail-orientedandhighlyorganized,capableofaccuratelyinputtingandupdatingclient information in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and team-oriented, able to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
