TAX ACCOUNTANT

Location: Boca Raton, Florida
Full-Time | On-Site

A national wealth management firm is seeking a full-time Tax Accountant for its Boca Raton, Florida location. This is an opportunity to join a well-established organization serving a broad client base. The ideal candidate must be able to manage a high volume of tax returns while maintaining strong client interaction and a professional demeanor.

• Minimum 3 years of experience preparing individual and business tax returns
• CPA preferred
• Strong client-facing communication skills
• 1+ years of experience using Ultra Tax software preferred (business return experience a plus)
• Familiarity with sales and payroll tax filings
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Positive, team-oriented professional approach

• Conduct client interviews and gather financial documentation
• Review financial data for accuracy and completeness
• Prepare individual and small business tax returns
• Provide guidance on tax and accounting matters
• Respond to client inquiries and research tax-related issues
• Assist with sales and payroll tax filings
• Support additional projects as assigned

Compensation commensurate with experience.

This is a full-time, on-site position. Candidates must currently reside in the Boca Raton area. No relocation assistance is provided.
