We are seeking an Accounts Receivable / Cash Applications Analyst for a temporary contract position in Delray Beach, FL. This role will support the Accounts Receivable team with daily cash application, reconciliation, and cash flow visibility. While this is a contract role lasting 3+ months, strong performance could open the door to longer‑term opportunities. The position is ideal for a reliable and experienced AR professional who enjoys hands‑on work in a collaborative, onsite environment.
Responsibilities- Apply cash accurately and timely in Net Suite across all payment methods, including ACH, wires, checks, and credit cards.
- Enter and upload detailed cash receipts via manual and automated processes.
- Reconcile daily bank activity to cash postings and resolve variances promptly.
- Research and resolve short payments, over payments, and unapplied/unidentified cash.
- Communicate directly with customers regarding missing or inaccurate remittance.
- Maintain audit‑ready documentation for cash application and reconciliations.
- Partner with collections and billing teams to resolve payment and application issues.
- Prepare account adjustments and elevate recurring issues to reduce unapplied cash balances and improve cash visibility.
- Support internal controls, audits, and AR‑related projects as needed.
- 1+ year of experience in Accounts Receivable and/or Cash Applications.
- Hands‑on experience with an ERP system such as Oracle, Net Suite, or SAP.
- Strong Excel skills, including proficiency with VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
- Experience working with multiple payment types, including ACH, wire, checks, and credit cards.
- Comfortable with manual and system‑based cash posting and reconciliation in a high‑volume/high‑dollar environment.
- Detail‑oriented, dependable, and able to work independently onsite.

This position is located onsite, Monday through Friday, in a brand new, beautiful office in downtown Delray Beach, FL. The standard working hours are from 9 AM to 5 PM, though the team often starts slightly earlier. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $27.00 – $32.00 per hour. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
