Senior Staff Accountant

Nation Safe Drivers (NSD) is a 60+ year leader in the automotive protection industry and we’re continuing to grow. We’re hiring a Staff Accountant III to support core accounting operations and play a key role in month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

• Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger
• Perform bank, balance sheet, and intercompany reconciliations
• Assist with month-end and year-end close
• Analyze financial data for accuracy and completeness
• Prepare audit schedules and management reports
• Support A/P and A/R as needed
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
• Support external audits
• Participate in process improvements and efficiency initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of accounting experience (public or corporate)
• CPA or CMA preferred

• Experience with ERP systems (Net Suite, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
• Solid understanding of GAAP and audit processes
• Detail-oriented, organized, and analytical
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
