Trailer Sales Rep (In office) - Phone Sales - Amazing Career Growth Opportunity

Buckeye Trailers – Mechanicstown, OH

Pay:

  • Base Salary: $800/week
  • Minimum Sales Requirement: 8 completed sales per month
  • Time Off Policy:
    No paid vacation or paid holidays

Monthly Sales Bonus Structure:

Bonuses are cumulative and based on total units sold per month:

  • 10 sales: $1,000 bonus
  • 12 sales:
    Additional $300 bonus
  • 15 sales:
    Additional $500 bonus
  • 20 sales:
    Additional $1,000 bonus

  • Develop new business through proactive outreach — calls, networking, referrals, and social media.

  • Help customers with financing and keep them informed throughout the buying process.
  • Collaborate with leadership and marketing to expand your territory and customer base.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals with a positive, can-do attitude.

What We’re Looking For
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
