We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression. In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well-kept parking lot which includes helping members with their purchases, and ensure there are carts ready and available.

You will also assist our members helping them load their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go. Rain or shine, sleet or snow, our members count on you.

• Maintain a well-kept parking lot and assist members with their purchases
• Ensure carts are ready and available; assist members with loading vehicles
• Provide exceptional customer service across the club; answer questions and help members as needed
• Keep a clean, neat, and member-ready area
• Promote the company’s products and services
• Assist with transporting items and maintaining availability of carts/flatbeds
• Utilize cart retrieval equipment according to company policies

• Ensures club pickup orders are fulfilled by notifying members when pickup times are delayed, informing members when products are unavailable, and offering alternatives
• Ensures items are dispensed when members arrive for pickup and resolves member issues and concerns
• Maintains safety of facility via safety sweeps and reporting unsafe conditions
• Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; supports Open Door Policy
• Completes work assignments by coordinating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other partners; adapts to change and feedback

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may apply in specific circumstances.
