Southwoods Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Interventional Pain Management team. You will guide patient care across the entire procedural spectrum—from preoperative preparation to post‑anesthesia recovery—ensuring safety and clinical excellence at every step.

• Pre‑Procedural Care:
  Perform patient assessments and interventions to prepare patients for their procedures.
• Intraoperative Support:
  Function as a vital team member within the procedure room to meet specific procedural requirements.
• Post‑Anesthesia Recovery (PACU):
  Manage post‑procedural assessments and interventions to ensure a safe and effective discharge.
• Clinical Monitoring:
  Continually monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and carry out ordered interventions.
• Documentation & Communication:
  Maintain accurate clinical records and provide the multidisciplinary team with real‑time updates on patient progress.
• Compliance:
  Maintain strict patient confidentiality and ensure all processes meet The Joint Commission (TJC) and OSHA standards.

• Licensure:
  Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio.
• Certifications:
  
  BLS and ACLS through the American Heart Association (AHA).
• Education:
  
  Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Skills:
  
  Strong critical thinking, effective delegation, and the ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced clinical environment.
• Professionalism:
  Excellent communication skills and a commitment to maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
